They can pound sand, too. I don't feel sorry for any AQ school that squandered its opportunities and doesn't get invited to the next reshuffle party.

So, would this mean that BU and ISU could hold up the might Whorns and sooners as well?

I see this as BU and ISU see that their sugar daddies are leaving them and this is their one last chance to get one more payday from them.

I disagree and believe they should object for three reasons. First, they will be harmed (I don't think we should we honor the stronger get stronger)' second, it could be us in the future, and, third, it helps us if the Big 12 survives.

How do those points hold up in a court of law?

Check out this enormously stupid letter Dan Beebe apparently sent to the SEC. I've seen reports from Baylor, Texas Tech, Iowa St, K-State and I think it was Kansas denying they are waiving anything. Why in the hell would anyone waive anything without consideration. Now they migt waive their rights when A&M signs them a check for the 32 Million or so they owe for breaking the Big 12 agreement but not otherwise.

guess they can sue Dan Beebe for fraud. SEC can claim reliance on Beebe's representation that they'd all waive.

Beebe did send the letter. BU was "OK" when it was just the ags leaving. Now that the winds are blowing that UT/TT and OU/OSU are going as well, they are rethinking their position.

I am reading on twitter that the all the other schools will sign a waiver if OU commits to staying in the big 12 if they won't then they will not sign anything.
