Sorry but TCU will compete in the Big 12 and compete strongly.

Compete strongly perhaps but they definitely won't be getting annual BCS bids. If the Big 12 splits back into divisions they'll find it difficult just to finish higher than 3rd in the South and that's assuming they'll consistently be better than Tech and Okie State.

I hope one day that you will realize that the B12 is approaching long term stability

How does TCU help keep the Big 12 together in the long run?

I don't think the big 12 is going to split up anytime soon. Just a feeling, no facts in that one...

I see moderate medium to long term stability for the Big 12 now. It all hinges on Oklahoma first and Texas second. They both seem intent on keeping this thing together.

They benefit the conference by supplying UT and OU with cannon fodder. Mission accomplished.

Agree with most of this except the part about Oklahoma first. Stability for the Big-12 depends on Texas first, Texas second, and Texas third. Oklahoma was just exposed as a big zero. Mizzou is about to be.

I told you when everyone was talking about the Pac12 that Texas and OU shook hands on sticking together.
