Preemptive TCU complaint thread

Postby MustangStealth » Tue Sep 15, 2015 4:22 pm

Might as well get it out of the way now since it is inevitable.

The band was [too quiet/too small/dressed funny]

The concessions were [too expensive/sold out/not very good]

The parking was [too expensive/too far away/non-existent]

Our fans were [too few/too quiet/wearing the wrong color]

Our seats were [uncomfortable/poorly located/obstructed view/too expensive]

The PA was [too loud/too quiet]

Their fans were [rude/obnoxious/drunk]

Did I miss anything?

They have been lightyears ahead of us for a while, but this year we seem to be catching up. Perhaps we are starting to recruit better there too?

The game's not at home.
No craft beer.
No La Madeline snacks within 40 yards of the stadium entrance.

Rain Storm in Dallas knocked out my Dish TV so I missed telecast of game while sitting at home

Hell yes - I will be watching this from 5 min from campus on TV. I will be over there in December to root for the ponies in BBall - but if I am picking away Football games to go to, I am picking Tulane, UCF, USF, Tulsa, etc to cash in my chips with the wife and to be away from my kids. I am even going down to Houston for the game this year. I can only do a number of away SMU events per year, and this is NOT going to be one of them. Call me a bad fan if you want.

If I were single and without kids, I would be at each and every one of them.
