that guy is the Texas St. correspondent for either Rivals or Scout-I've come across him before. Mathis makes some sense for that program-maybe a couple of years too early

But he could have said something to the effect that Mathis could be a good candidate. Why tweet that someone has not done something? I would think many people have not spoken with the school.
