Baylor either has the absolute worst social media awareness 101 workshop in the country, or the briles staff leftovers are encouraging them.

As attorneys love to say, it's all fun and games until one of those tweets winds up enlarged on a poster board as exhibit 5 in a courtroom

Definitely the first one. It would not surprise me if the second is true as well. A Baylor power supporter who is one of my closes friends texted me today and said it's complete anarchy at Baylor.

Before all this happened, I kind of liked Baylor. My sister-in-law is a Baylor grad and I nearly married a Baylor grad. Through them, I met a lot of good people. Right now, my ex is a volunteer in Bangladesh providing free surgical care to children. To me, that is what Baylor is about.

Yeah, it's a shame we don't spend more time on other lightly-discussed topics like attendance, uniforms, conference realignment, concessions, and the band.

I will give Baylor credit. Somehow, none of the Baylor stories mention that less than 15 years ago one basketball player murdered another and their coach covered it up. Switch the school in these stories to smu, and that would be pointed out with every new trickle of info about rapegate.

They simply can't handle revenue sports.

Somebody just rolled a banner out of a suite ... "CAB" ... Coach Art Briles ... meeting next Thursday ... huge legal fund being built up ... for what I don't know.

Thats B.S. Those are good people. Thats different than saying Baylor is a good institution. To me Baylor is about the total hypocrisy that is their school and especially their football team. They deserve every bit of what is coming their way.

They have always been an average school and still are, but at least had a good culture and priorities straight. THey sold their souls and it is sad to see.
