PF- many thanks for taking the time to do the uploads. Even though there aren't a lot of hits on the the link many of us who don't have TV access to the program rely on the link to see/download the episodes.

GO PONIES!!!

My least favorite episode tonight. Basically an infomercial and then a recap of the UTEP debacle.

I thought it did an excellent job of promoting the school and showing the educational value that we have to offer. This was showing the parents of recruits what SMU as a school has to offer in life as far as the staff, the education, and life after college. Tutors, educational enhancement center, tradition and history. Yes it was an infomercial. That is exactly what is it supposed to be. This is for selling to recruits and I would imagine a copy is sent to each recruit weekly if that is allowed.

I guess they could have spent a lot more time on the game but I think the idea is to promote and not degrade.

Mrydel, it's not allowed to send this type of material to recruits.

That's fine. I would think you could at least send them and their parents the networks and the times that it is playing.

The other episodes didn't come across as a packaged DVD infomercial set like this one does. They were more of a "Hard Knocks" - sorry I disagree and didn't like it.

Reinbold is great, really like the guy. Orsini needs a lot of help, maybe Toastmasters?

We'd think every episode kicked [deleted] if we won every game! Aww, who am I kidding. We'd find something to [deleted] about.

Agree with Pony_Fan, though. Beyond the Reinebold interview, there really wasn't much to this episode.

I think SO has limited public presentation ability . But before you sit in the back of the room and point it out ask your self are you any better at it?

I was asked 15 years ago to give a presentation at a sales meeting in front of about 300.
I never knew I would be scared to death the night before and during.
I have all of the theatrics . I was never in that situation so I did not no I had a fear of it.
I asked to do more to face the fear until it was no longer an issue. Now while I know he's not in fear it's just not his strong point. Yes i could make it more interesting if I could wear flippers and beach attire.

Yeah, Jeff is a stone cold natural on camera. I bet he's pretty good i'n front of a group also.
I think out of everyone I have seen at SMU events I would have to give Jones buddy the # 1 spot.
