Someone might want to inform that walk-on that games like last night are the reason why people don't bother to show up for our home games. Maybe he can direct his next editorial at his teammates and coaches since they've effectively killed our momentum.
They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security
No question! I was so incensed after that game that I had tune into a movie after that debacle just to calm my nerves. I know the bandwagon fans don't put up with that kind of effort. I am just happy that we are finally competitive, but most don't want to get their hopes up after a game like TCU and UCF only to have their hearts ripped out last night.
Second week in a row that I had to turn off the TV for health reasons. I don't mind losing, but I will not watch us get rolled. I suspect fair weather fans will not be showing up the rest of the season and that is on the team.
This is absolutely the football gods getting back at him for turning on the fans. Yes attendance is pathetic and should be better, but you NEVER turn on the people who do show up and support you no matter what. Tell the walk-on to keep walkin!

Actually it began when he intended to take the '09 team to Hawaii even if we earned the Liberty Bowl. That's when I knew he didn't give a d@mn about SMU or its fans.
that was obviously the point in time when he decided to shop for another job...but after the ASU fiasco, he "re-committed" to SMU and the rest is history
