We just need to start winning some games in September!!!! Hard to believe that the last non-conference game that SMU won was against KU to open Ford.

CP,

I don't think aTm will demand a 2 for 1 since one of their primary objectives in playing us is exposure in Dallas.

it appears big-jim is doing a mighty fine job of scheduling these out-of-conf opponents -

i just hope we can get some more east coast teams like BC for the 'east coast' exposure & the travel!

that's a neat area to travel to!!!

great job for the a$m series!

still would love it if we could get ucla or usc or stanford on the schedule!

We just need to start getting some wins in September!!!!! It's been 4 years since our last non-conference win. I guess Big Jim wants to use rent-a-fans to help us meet the 15K attendance requirement.

A&M

Postby DukeLawMustang » Sun Aug 29, 2004 11:44 pm

While there are openings for the 2005 & 2007 games with A&M on their future schedules, A&M already has four non-conference games listed on their website for 2008 (Arkansas State, Miami, Air Force, and Army all at home), so the second part of the 2&1 must be a different year unless we are replacing Ark. State. I am genuinely excited about having two chances at embarrassing A&M @ Pyle though.
