![]() At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
Uh... um... nuff said.
Their traditions are weird, bit I respect them as fans. I am sure we will all be as respectful as we can, but what gets me is they think everyone knows their traditions. I know they are cult-like and that is about it.
If they go to the Yell, does that mean we can hit the bars on Friday while they are gone? DBB
[quote="RunPeruna"]the aggs are really full of themselves and really think that everyone is envious of them. they make me sick.
quote] RunPeruna, you are an idiot and DiamondM, props to you... I am a huge SMU fan and do you wanna know what makes me sick: How about 25,000 people going to that game against tcu. How about my friends who went to smu who were more concerned w/ the UT game and USC game than they were the SMU game. How about the students not going to the game instead they were probably trying to get into the barley house underage thinking "this isn't the Elephant" I wish SMU had 1/10th the school spirit that aggies had. if you go the game this weekend you will see what school spirit is all about.. I will tell you what if our defense heard just 36,000 smu fans yelling when it was 3a nd short they would get a lilttle bit more juice flowing.
First.. slow down. You'll understand why there are so many people at the game in College Station when you see the town.. nothing else to do but mindlessly follow each other to the barn and "moo" at Pyle Field for a few hours. Second.. if you're going to incriminate SMU fans and students.. you're a bit late. This has been going on much longer than you've been alive most likely. This is Dallas.. it's not a college town.. sad but true, and most students didn't come to SMU for the football team.. again sad but true. Lastly.. most everyone on this board is not poking fun at our students/fans of SMU.. as you are.. We're poking fun at the cult.. that is aggy. Eveyone on this board is a fan of SMU.. and many will be at the game screaming their arse off if not parked in front of a TV screaming their arse off. You're right.. aggy is a great fan.. no doubt. But their traditions on the other hand are quite sophomoric and overall a$$-clownish. Go pop a valium and watch Ren and Stempy for a while.. you'll be fine. What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.
Go Army!
Now getting back to the ridicule of the Aggies--which Aggie invented this hilarious claim-and do you know one person who really believes it? Ags don't boo or act disrespectful toward our opponents. Take pride in knowing that WE are regarded as one of the most respectful hosts in college football Do they really believe their own B.S. I'd be willing to bet that Aggies would come in near the bottom of any poll taken on this issue.
respectful?Respectful ?
Aggies and cutlery...cheerleaders and cheers...that dog won't hunt... Just beat the mess out of 'em...again. stable-boy for the four horsemen of the apocalypse
Re: Aggie Do's(sic) and Don'ts(sic)Aggies may be crazy, but they're some of the most respectful fan bases. Look what happened when they were playing TEXAS!
