Tech/Bama could prove to be a better game than most might expect. Tech's strenght this year (as always) is their offense and 'Bama's strength has definitely been their defense. It's the other matchup that should determine the outcome - will 'Bama be able to move the ball against TTU's much-improved defense? Should be a good one to watch.

BTW, if the Texas is the anti-christ, does that make aTm our lord and savior?

I can root only for old SWC schools that are now in C-USA. (Hmm. Rice, Houston-except when they're playing us) I could care less about Tech until we saw last year what an a-hole Leach was and the garbage that is most of their fans (not talking about graduates so much-just the great unwashed from West Texas who have dirt floors and outhouses and act like hillbillies at their games) Texas doesn't bother me near as much as Tech or A$M. If an Aggie pees on a curb. they build a monument and consider it hallowed ground. I also can't stand their carpet bagging coach: begging Tide players to stay and leaving the next year.

Very surprised to see Tech favored in this one. A good defense will beat a good offense and Alabama has a great defense this year. I personally think they will slow Tech down to a crawl, and I thnk they can score on Tech. Kiss of death for Alabama, I pick them over Tech.
