Well so much for the seat upgrade. I did not get my question in on time.

I see he ignored my relevant question about the status of the NCAA investigation into the men's basketball program. I'm gonna submit it to the Doherty chat today so I don't get left out next time.

Be nice. I do not have seats to basketball.

Anybody surprised Orsini didn't answer any hard questions doesn't deserve to sit in mrydel's seats.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound surprised. Must be the font.

I think most would agree that the questions were handpicked to be low-ball, non-inflammatory, and for the most part already treaded upon topics. I guess for future 'chats,' I should submit something like, "do you intend to keep the grass on the Boulevard green?" of, "What are the plans for including popcorn in the sales of concessions at Ford and Moody?"
I understand that the chat needed to be somewhat vanilla, but...

Just go to SMUMustangs.com site and click on the "live chat" section. All questions and answers are there.

Lets give a litlte benefit of the doubt and assume the questions were first come first serve. We were warned to send in early and I personally waited until the last minute. I am sure that some hard questions will be asked and answered. He seemed to be very forthcoming to me. I was impressed with the breakdown of the new facility construction. Much more info than I would have expected on an open forum. I truly hope that Jtstang has already asked MD his question on the investigation. It has to be early enough for consideration and that will be a telling sign of how things will be handled. But remember that this is a marketing tool to inspire, entice and promote current and new fans, not a President Bush press conference meant to derail the current power base.

Uh, oh...now you're getting political! Are you trying to get this thread deleted by the webmasters?
