Gerald Ford had his suite's windows re-done so that he could OPEN them to get the crowd noise and the sound of the Mustang Band into his suite. All of them should be this way!

Do you think he had to pay extra for that suite after paying enough to get his name on the stadium?

No but they did tell him he could not get back in if he left during the game.
