I would assume this is an open invite to all Ponyfan readers, just show up with some SMU gear on and you will be fine, or at the very least no Rice gear on .

Somebody sells Rice gear?
More seriously, how sad (for Rice) is it that this is THEIR biggest game of the year, too, and yet there are no Rice "fans" visiting this board at all?

I've been visiting and posting. Most of the visitors though have been lurking.

Actually, I tried, but owlzone seems to have died (fits with the overall theme of disinterest, I guess) and I haven't bothered finding out where they are now. Still interesting to me that we have Froggies here talking smack and no Owls; personally, ReedFrawg aside, I'd prefer to have the Owls...

We're on ncaabbs.com now along with many other C-USA boards.
Owlzone had a catastrophic crash about 18 months ago and we all migrated over. Eventually, the Owlzone domain was allowed to lapse. Now if you go to it directly by typing in the domain, you'll get an apache server setup page, but if you click on a link to it you get porn

Sweet, glad to hear the tailgating will continue down in H-town . . . maybe the smog will clear over the Houston skyline long enough to breathe in and enjoy the game!
Sports, and all that implies.

It was a great day for football last Saturday and looks to be again this Saturday: 73 degrees, mostly sunny, 40% humidity. I actually got sunburned at last weeks game and it's freakin' late November.

This is definitely an invite to ALL pony fans! And even if you aren't decked out in SMU gear, we'll have SMU t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc. for sale at the tent. So, just be there!

Does anyone know where I can get some SMU car flags? The bookstore and McCartney's don't have any.
The donkey's name is Kiki.
On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?

Just curious.
Do you guys (at the alumni org) ever have any events in Southern Calif?
If so, I've been giving to this outfit for 10+ yrs & never get a notice about anything
BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!
For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.

Good tailgate, next time more kegs and I am amazed at how many SMU people came out. If I was a bowl rep I would have been impressed.

Alumni Relations is going to start doing a lot more events all around the country, and next time we play in Southern Cal, I assure you that we'll let everyone there know. (If you haven't already, please go on Peruna.net and update your contact info.) Thanks for asking, thanks for giving, and thanks for your patience as we figure out how to best serve our incredible alumni family. Keep your expectations high -- we'll get there!
