You're going to tear that dump down and rebuild? Good for you!

Thus far, the plan includes 95$ Mil in renovations; when you put that into sense, that's more than 210% more than SMU's ENTIRE tin facility.
I'm not trying to deleted on your stadium, I like it. But ours has history, as did your former one.

I would imagine that quote (sense????) includes about $87.5 Million in tearing down that piece of crap you have now, and asbestos removal.

They're tearing down our former one too, just as soon as the Cowboys move out of it and over to Arlington.

Asbestos removal is expensive, and if Amon Carter has it, it'll easily eat up a good chunk of change. Couple mil, most likely. I am trying to figure out how they could spend $90+mil without building a new facility. I bet that $90mil includes the renovations to Amon Carter, and the addition of another facility (facilities?) to supplement the program. One of you TCU fluffers care to divulge what they are doing?

Huge updates..., I don't know if you are familiar with the structure, but, it needs somewhere around 25$ million to comply with ADA standards [from what I'm told]. This includes tearing down the ramps, building new ones, making isles less steeper, building elevators, etc.
We plan to add the remaining five towers, as well. Press boxes and suites will be everywhere, unfortunately.
The tower is on the far left; add six more of those [one on top of it, 3 [with tops] on each of the remainder of the corners].
Two rows of suites will also hang from the upper deck; two+ rows will be located on the other side of the stadium, the west-stands.
Suites will also be located on top of the Walsh complex, to north of this picture.

No excuse for the "steeper" but I did leave out the "a" on "aisles."

North Texas had plans to have a new stadium by now too. Come back when you got the cash.
