Wikipedia tells me that the last time a TCU player was on the cover was Marvin Godbolt in '04 (immediately prior appearance was Casey Printers in '01). As per SMU, 1995 when they featured an illustrated cover featuring SWC greats.... Doak Walker was included among them. Prior to that was '89 when Forrest Gregg was on the cover with then Houston Coach Jack Pardee.
So it is safe to say that this is the first active Mustang player to make the cover since the Death Penalty. Dang that is a long time. One hopes that this portends better things to come this season I know, crank up John Denver’s Sunshine on my shoulders.
Don't think an insert qualifies as being on the cover, but you should take it anyway.

By the way the TCU guy looks 30 because he is 30.

They didn't stay in the program long enough to make the cover.

Please help me out. If the picture of Justin Willis is not on the front cover of Texas Football then, pray tell, where is it?

Careful, this guy's a TCU grad. You don't want to cause his head to explode.

I believe that this is out today? Anybody pick it up yet? Just wondering if it's worth shelling out the ten bucks for one article.

Okay, then... I'll read the article in the bookstore and pick up Playboy's Women of National Geographic issue on my way out!

He's actually one of the brightest guys you'll ever meet.
He's both very intelligent and articulate.

I am still boycotting DC's Texas Football Magazine. I'll spend the $$$ it costs for an issue to buy an extra endzone seat for a game at Ford Stadium this year.

Why does his level of articulateness make a difference?
