I can't really put an exact % of passes just yet, but definetly more than last year. I know a few on the board will agree that we underused the TE position last yr. in the passing game. even though we had success last year at WR and should expect big years from that position again but hopefully JW can find the TEs open when teams might double coverage Sanders or Givens.

so a higher% than last year...

maybe 50-60% - WR, 20-30% - TE, 10-20% - RB...I guess it all depends on the running game.

While it's true we could have utilized the TE position more, isn't it also true that opposing teams keyed on Kennedy last year, because they were afraid of what happens after he catches a ball, namely dragging 5 people for a 1st down every time? Just throwing that out there.

I too fear for the middle of our defense, and I guess, well, the entire defense. Our secondary employed the vaunted "bend don't break" philosophy last year, which, loosely translated, means "let them catch the ball wherever they want, then try to tackle them." Only one of those guys is coming back, which is either really bad, or really good. I just hope somebody steps up on Labor Day (Bailey?), so the carnage is not too bad.

So is Brandon Jones, who supposedly is looking great in camp. We missed him a lot last year.
