Southlake Carroll has a good JV offensive coordinator. They are putting up 40+ a game. Bring him in.

he's established that he is an excellent offensive mind just like we all thought. 42nd in Total Offense(higher than SMU) despite changing from a running offense to a passing offense and having the wrong personnel for the offense he runs. Hit home runs in identifiying two kids in Fitzgerald and Corey Washington and inserting them into starting WRs spots. He made the stupid mistake of choosing a high school Coach as his Defensive Coordinator. His staff lacks Division 1A qualifications for the most part. Perhaps that might have to do with pay scale-I don't know. But Todd Dodge will succeed. Needs to reevaluate his staff. get a quality Defensive Coordinator and he'll be alright.
