I hate Houston and I do not care for Waco, but I will split time between them both for 1.8 million/year.

That's overrated because most people would rather live in Houston than Waco. Art Briles moved because he had 1.8 million reasons to move. If South Central Arky St offered more money than SMU coach xyz would move to podunk Arky.

Anyway, living in Houston or Dallas is overrated.
