Just started watching this. Is this public-access TV?

This two guys show EXACTLY why JJ left Hawaii. These people don't live in the real world.

I'm the one that uploaded the show. The old man is getting senile. He does the play by play for fb on TV and is pretty bad. Always gets the names mixed up. Should retire already. Pretty a grumpy old man. The younger one, I don't know yet. He does the sports on the local station that has an anchor that JJ has been battling with for a while so I don't watch that channel. Mostly wanted to show the JR clip but then decide to show another point of view on JJ's departure.
