"a perfect balance of intensity and respect" what??? is this a wine tasting?

Are you sure your not confusing him with G-Hill? What a great scout team coach!

Gedwed? That cat couldn't knock the foam off root beer. You might as well said Kevin Lias was knocking you around.

Which, by the way... the players you mentioned were gone the year Caven arrived. They were Rossley's guys.

Boaz, your facts are wrong- Bordano, Evans and Gedwed were seniors Cavan's first year. But you are right about Gedwed, and Evans- so much talent that never materialized.

What the hell are you talking about Boaz? I never said Schumann was the scout team coach...but when I was getting knocked around on scout team offense my freshman year (When BORDANO, GEDWED, and EVANS were still playing during Cavan's first season), we obviously got a lot of exposure to and interaction with Coach Schumann while he was coaching the defense.

And yes, Schumann was very intense and could get as riled up as any coach I ever played for, but he respected each player he dealt with, from the Bordanos all the way down to the scrubs like me. And that is what made the players want to play so hard for him and what made him such an effective coach. So, no dumb$hit, this is not a winetasting.

And as for your stupid [deleted] Gedwed remark...were you out there practicing with him?? If so, then I must not have realized what a bada$$ you were. Gedwed, while maybe he wasn't Bordano, was a talented guy who could really play when he wanted to.

Save your ignorance for someone else please.
Let me explain something to you. I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me.

Why is your name Jeffrey Lebowski, while you have a picture of Walter Sobchek as your avatar? Did you not remember who was who?

Yeah, dude, I know who is who...Didn't know it was a requirement to have your picture match your name.

Just paying homage to my favorite movie, and thought the Walter picture was funny...screw me.

Nice response...

I am admittedly a clown, but at least I don't come across like an uninformed [deleted] when I post (ripping on former players, not knowing when some of our most notable players like Bordano actually played, etc.).

Next time you respond, just try not to sound like a complete joke and act like you have a shred of intelligence and I'll happily keep being your clown.

But I forgot, you are such a bad@ss that players like Gedwed can't hold your jock, so maybe intelligence doesn't matter to you so much. I would love to put your football resume next to his...
