a crescent wrench?

Where were you guys?

It was at some unknown guy's house off campus. There were some young ladies there we wanted to visit. The other party goers did not appreciate us showing up. There was a fantastic fight, just like a TV western barroom brawl. Everyone was hitting everyone. Finally, some cooler heads prevailed and the fighting stopped. It seems the start of the fight was due to my roomie hitting on some guy's girl. There were about 8 people between my roomie and the other guy holding them back from each other. About that time, the other guy pulled a crescent wrench out of his pocket (do not know why it was there), jumped straight up (excellent vertical leap) and reached over the people in between and popped roomie on the head, cutting it open (not bad). We then chose to go home.

Did you roomie ever wind up hooking it up with the girl?

Nah. We had gone over there with our dates, so they were not real pleased with the attention we were showing others, but I just feel like it is always good to meet new people. Our dates were the ones that made us leave after the fight.

our best fight was freshmen year. a bunch of phi delts were banging on my neighbors door after the bars had closed... they were all hammered and one kid had a baseball bat. my teammate and I had been drinking out at white rock lake with a bunch of guys on the team and had retired for the evening for a little playstation... when we realized what these guys were doing we chased them out of the dorm.... my buddy decides it would be a good idea to pay the phi delts a little visit at their house, so we all saddled up... my buddy proceeds to go in the phi delt house and jump up on the pool table and start throwing balls at all of the guys... he was then chased out of the house and a huge brawl ensued... fortunately my roommate who had been at the bar with a bunch of pikes showed up and told us to hop in a car before the cops got there... we ended up sleeping in another players room which was a good thing, because norris came by with some other cops looking for us, fortunately nothing ever happened...

Not sure if this will measure up, but what the hell...

after a particularly successful FAA this year we decided to go out and support our fraternity brothers in the 1st Lax game of the season against Texas A&M...being that i am from Austin and several more of my brothers are from Texas, naturally there was a dislike for the Aggies...we were shelling the players with the obligatory "Sheep F***ers", "You Aint Sh**", and "Stupid Farm Boy" comments but most of all was my favorite which just about sums it all up ..."You're from Bryan, Texas....BRYAN, TEXAS!!!"....after verbally assaulting the opposing team for most of the game an eliciting barely a look in our direction one guy(who was barefoot) decided to take things to a different level and he charged the field...now no one stopped him 'cause no one thought he was being serious, but sure enough he was and he full on tackled one of their strikers(?)...realizing what he had done he began to run faster then i could have imagined toward the gate only to be tackled by the former Lax coach who was prowling the sidelines like he had a bad prostate problem...however he slipped free and ran half a mile back to his apartment.

haha I was at that game too just drinking on the sideline and almost spat my drink out when it happened. One of the best things I had seen in awhile when Sandy(the old coach) speared him as he ran off

[Deleted] pikes... still making up stories, wishing someone believed they were/are/might one day be awesome.

But I'll oblige for now...when did this "best fight" happen?
It tastes better when served from a Bowl (game)!

during the PB era... i was a freshmen... that should be a good enough time period to think about... and none of the football players who participated were in a fraternity

I was there freshmen year... Best part was when Jacob head butted that big ogre who fell down the stairs. Definitely not the best fight though.

I would have to say the brawl at the fiji party in the garage when that kid pulled a shotgun on us...

Best quote of that night, Hey man why were you punching that kid that was already knocked out?", "How was I supposed to know he was knocked out?", "Ummmmm his eyes were closed and he was laying on the ground"
