This is not a nationally televised game.
That is my point. I think researching for a bar to watch the game in DC may be futile.
If willing to spend the money, anybody can get a satellite package that includes all of the regional sports channels.
I guess I am just stoopid then. I pay for the "We take all of your money and give you everything we have" package on DISH Network and I only get FoxSports SW on the Fox Sports Network. I can get Pay for View channels with other games and I guess that is what you mean, but the question is whether a bar in DC will pay for the SMU game.
I don't get it, but DirecTV has a package with everything. And I mean the sewing channel too.

I do have the everything package but I chose not to buy the separate sports packages for the NHL/NFL/NBA/etc. Apparently there is also one for all the college stuff. See, I told you I was too stoopid.

Any sports bar that is serious will have a package that includes all the Fox channels, including FSSW, the trick is finding one that will put the game on for you, much depending on what else is on. As long as there is no marquee national game at the same time or a local team is not playing at the same time, it shouldn't be a problem.
One thing you can do to make it easier, is to look up what channel FSSW is on the Dish and Directv and take that with you so you can tell them what channel you want.

Most Sports Bars are going to be focused on the USC-OSU game so I would go somewhere with more than one or two TVs.

I don't think u guys are going to get to see this one since you are not in a big 12 region. This was a pickup for fssw. I'd call the bar to make sure or be ready to watch the Jackson state game.

I'm headed out to the Crystal City Sports Pub with some friends, if any DC area ponies want to meet up and watch the game! I've got my SMU shirt on!
Go Mustangs!
