Run down to your local Fiesta and get a bottle of Goya Mojo Criollo. Marinate those babies for 24 hours in that stuff before you throw them on the grill, and I promise you won't be sorry.

JT - in a former life - was a frog leg street vendor in Mexico City, so I wouldn't doubt his probity on the matter. How do you think he made his fortune? Got to make a lot of money to not look out of place when you've stolen mrydel's seat.
