I think we have a shot against Houston. If we win that game, we will be riding a big high, giving us confidence going to Navy. That game will be tougher, but assuming the same level of week to week improvement and following a win vs UH, we have a decent shot. If it were to happen that we win the next two, we will probably run the table.

What the hell is on my face....oh, sorry. I had these rose colored glasses on.

Realistically, I think we have a shot at 3 or 4 wins to finish out the season. The down side is UH and Navy are no longer going to be over looking us. BLM had a few passes that he tried to force instead of running or throwing it away. Even though we gave up 37 points and a 4th and 21 (reminds me of the PB defense days) the D played their best game of the year.

Keep working and getting better guys. We are close!!!

we will beat Houston, we are due! Navy get Pittsburg this week. They will come into our game beat up. Our kids are starting to believe. UTEP is on a roll right now. I don't know who they get over the next two weeks? If we prevail over Houston and sneak a win over Navy, watch out! Go Mustangs!

Only when the defense improves DO WE WIN.

Our situation remains the same until the defense plays good enough to win. Since we know that we have THE coach we need, the long term future is good even if the rest of this season is lost.

I thought last Saturday was the best game of the season.

Especially against the so called "#1 offense in the country."

I believe that if we play like we did saturday night we will for sure win at least one game the rest of the year. Looking forward to the rest of the year after saturday

If we play like that we will win more than one!

I know it's important to the morale of the team and fans to chalk up more than just one win, but realistically what difference does it make if we don't win another game? June never promised, and I don't think anyone expected, a conference championship in year #1; he should use the balance of the schedule to see what works, evaluate the talent and basically use the rest of the season as an early spring practice.

Yes. We win again, and it's starts this weekend. I am serious.

I'm getting close to developing an expectation that this team WILL win another game this year

could it be this weekend in Annapolis?

It's a mixed drink called depression up with a twist of hope, I don't know if you want to partake.

Sounds like a good screen play. Death is spared at the last moment by a win?
