Ever time I see an orange shirt, a Wal-Mart band wagon merchandise set up, or any thing with horns on it (except kid’s on Halloween) I want to get sick.
you guys are kind of lame.
As for the question, depends on how the rankings shake out today. If ESPN was right and you see this: 1) Alabama 2) PSU 3) Tech 4) Texas 5) OU then no. IF tech loses to either OSU (lubbock) or OU (Norman) then you will likely have a 3 way tie in the Big 12 South. Based on the tie break rules I found, it looks like the determining factor in selecting the South division champion will be the final BCS rankings, where one would think Texas would leapfrog Tech if they are one spot behind and Tech lost to a team that Texas beat. The whole Penn State nonsense will likely cost either the big 12 or the SEC a spot in the title game, though - depending on Alabama's fate. Anyhow, WHAT a game. Texas just played terribly in the first half (put up 17 yards of total offense before the final couple drives of the half), and should have stolen this one last night. Look at the missed plays - they really shot themselves in the foot. The thing that kills me is the fact that they gave tech the ball back with so much time. In a game like that, where you dont deserve to win, youve got to run out the clock and try to score on one or two final plays from inside the 5. Watch a replay, even the 11 seconds left, or so, on the play clock when they snapped their TD play would have won the game for them. Tech got the win and boy did they earn it. Great effort out there in LBB. It tastes better when served from a Bowl (game)!
