At least Mitchell could throw a good ball beyond 15 yards, which is something Aggie quarterbacks have been incapable of doing for the last 4 years.
When A&M people can discuss quarterbacking logically, then their opinion can take hold.

idiot of the day: Patton
McGee was a three-year starter at quarterback for Class 3A Burnet High School, where he led his team to a 36-5 combined record, including a 28-2 mark as a junior and senior. He did not throw a single interception during his junior season. In both of those seasons, he led his team to the 3A state finals. He finished his high school career with 8,256 passing yards and a 3A state-record 101 passing touchdowns.
its not mcgee's fault fran had him running the option into the short side of the field

Tongue in cheek, you cornball. I know what McGee did in high school and the new Fran offense changed all that.

All of this is true (excepting the idiot of the day comment...it is early yet) I also never offered an opinion on BLM's qb'ing. I just posted a funny picture of an imaginary tattoo featuring his numbers from '08

At least he didn't get a tattoo of Oscar. That would have been a real killer. *rimshot*

I hereby nominate PonyLaw as Newcomer of the Year 2009, succeeding 2008 recipient HB Pony Dad.
BTW, will HB make it to a game this year? If he comes out on Parents Weekend, will he be able to acknowledge PF'ers or will he have to act more mature while he's around his daughter?

Its just mspaint Ive got pshop at home, but im working with some dated tech here at work. I have some experience making subpar creations mspaint though.
This is my fantasy football team from a few years back (if your wondering about the starpower on the team...there were only 4 teams in the league). The 'Cuffs won it all that year. Their successors, the Fancy Lads did not fare as well.

How many people actually saw McGee play in high school in person?
I did.
He wasn't that great. He had all sorts of talent around him. I've never seen a 3A team with that amount of talent on the offensive side of the ball before or since.
