They may try but I have not seen any reason why they would grant a waiver to McDermott. Shawnbrey, in my opinion deserves a waiver.

Didn't he say something about a QB transfer that he can't talk about yet until he's matriculated? Or was he talking about McDermott?

There's a QB walk-on that he can't talk about yet. Said he was a very successful product of a Dallas-area high school

Are you talking about the 5 foot 11 guy that played for the small school somewhere near Dallas, that graduated this last year and walked on as a possible WR??

I dont understand Billy Dugal at RB? Why not put one of the LB ot DE types there?

Didn't Serge get a waiver because he couldn't major in what he wanted to at Minnesota?
I think (not total recall) that Serge was misinformed as to the major being available and found out differently after enrolling. I thought McDermott merely left due to coaching change.
