If we dont start the game off by a disaster like last year, I say about three touchdowns.

For what it's worth the oddsmakers had Clemson as a 2.5 point favorite going into the game. But it did seem to me that among general perception TCU was probably favored to win.

Actually, no. Clemson was favored by 3. Death Valley is not an easy place to win, no matter what your rank.

Yes, Clemson is tough at home. However, lots of lesser teams have won there in the recent past so I'm actually surprised by the pregame line.

Patterson is a great coach. Curious to see if some big SEC program came calling whether he would jump. I am not sure TCU has the money to pay him what he is worth on the open market. However, once you reach that level its all play dough money anyhow. Isnt he from Fort Worth?

Actually he's from a tiny town in Kansas. His wife has longtime FW ties. He is very much part of the community and has turned down or ignored several opportunities to leave for other coaching jobs. Not that it can't eventually happen. Oh, hope you guys bring some fans to FW and cheer for the Ponies. I say that as one who grew up in Dallas and was a Jerry Norton fan early on. Now I am enjoying TCU's resurgence!
