Um, Texas State scored 21 on them. I think we'll be able to score a couple TD's.
Back off Warchild seriously.

This about sums it up for me as well. I think the score falls some where in the middle here at TCU 30- SMU 17.

TxSt did score 21 but I wouldn't count on TCU being as sloppy against the Ponies as they were against TxSt. There are seniors who remember the SMU game after beating OU and GP has already started reminding them of it as well. I'll have to agree that the TCU offense hasn't looked overly impressive this year but they have the tools to make it ugly if they don't shoot themselves in the foot with penalties. TCU's O line and D line have won the battle in the trenches every game this year and I don't think SMU will do any better. The only chance you have IMO is to go for broke with the big play down the field. We play a lot of man coverage and do occasionaly get burned deep. In the end though... TCU 37 SMU 10.

SMU 6 TCU 38
Next year will be better.
I agree. We will score 14 at the most! And one of those would be a lucky blocked punt.

TCU 14 SMU 21 BLM -21
Final TCU 35 SMU 21
TCU's offense is ok, but if our defense cant hold them to 21 or less, we are in for a long day against Houston and Tulsa

Great. Keep hiring (and overpaying) those slim coaches who lose. Hey, at least they look good on the sidelines while you're go down in flames. We'll take winning under Patterson, whatever shape he comes in.

Texas State also scored more on us than Clemson. And SMU is no Clemson. TCU was very flat against Texas State, and still managed to win big without breaking a sweat.

TCU 42 SMU 17
At least 17 of those TCU points come off turnovers.
Stallion doesn't think I'm a stinkin' genius anymore.

Please. At least give us that much credit - we did beat them last year, [deleted].

I would take Mangino Or Charlie Weis if it meant winning.
