The way our secondary is playing it would be nice to make them pass. Of course we need to put them into sure passing situations, because the secondary will be focusing on run support first.

This year there is no doubt in my mind there isn't a worse div.1a football team than Southern Methodist University and it isn't even close.

Please tell me who on our schedule are we going to beat based on what we've seen so far? I cannot imagine any C-USA team losing to us and it ain't even close. The only marginal chance of victory is Navy, and that's a real stretch.

I'm taking a new approach to the rest of the season. I'm not expecting any wins, but please for the love of God show me some improvement.

I'm baffled by the people who say we are making progress. Really? Where? We have the worst quarterback in the country, the worst defense in the country, we drop or can't come up with big turnovers, and we're shooting ourselves in the foot with dumb turnovers.

The only possible explanation for us not being the consensus worst team in America is that people simply haven't seen us play. Watch this team for five minutes and I dare you to find me a worse team.

What's truly sad is I'm glad we don't have any more games against D1AA schools b/c I don't think we'd win. At least we will lose only to D1A schools. Ahhh we set the bar so high at SMU.

Oh. My. God. This thing is likely 3 years away from sniffing competitive football. Rice could have beaten us by 50. Just please let us beat Texas State otherwise all the JJ love will disappear and back to the cellar we go. I mean WOW. Disturbing doesn't begin to describe it.

As for me, I haven't missed a home game since 2001 and have been to road games at Washington State, Marshall, East Carolina, Tulane, Houston, TCU, Rice, UTEP, and Tulsa and have given 5K to the Mustang Club every year since graduation. All you've contributed is filth and give up b/c you had your skirt blown up one too many times and don't have the stomach for the fight.
