I know. It kills me to want to root for UNT to beat Army, but that is what we have to do. The Army-Navy game isn't until 12/12. I don't want to wait that long to find out.

we will know before then... we will know saturday. solidifying it next saturday.

If Army beats Navy (and North Texas), C-USA is down to FIVE bowls--unless the Big 12 doesn't fill (unlikely, but still possible.) In that case, we absolutely need to have 7 wins.

i think they only need to win one of the two... not positive but i think they get in with 6 wins, ahead of a 7-5 CUSA team. may be wrong, but i think they will beat UNT regardless

Army is 4-6. They have to win their last two to be bowl eligible. So if they lose this weekend, they are out. Otherwise C-USA won't know if they have 6 bowls until Dec. 12.

On the other hand, if Baylor beats A&M, Mizzou beats KU, and Nebraska beats K State (or Texas loses in the Big 12 championship game)--then the Texas bowl opens up for CUSA too.
