perspective is everything...a year ago we were wondering ( again) how SMU could be 1-11...now we are bickering about 'throwing' a game to get to a bowl in HAWAII. My bet is everyone here would have 'pony-upped' the necessary $$ to go to the 50th state even after last year if we were assured SMU would get there THIS year...
the assurance comes this week...heck yeah, go Rice and all that...but I am grateful that after 25 years there is a pulse in this program again.
