Was not seeing evil in anything, just trying to make a few suggestions. That is why I dislike e-mail because you dont' know tone or context in which something is written. I am not angry at all, just think there are things that can be tried to increase and retain customers.
If however they had informed everyone that is the system they were going to use ahead of time I think it would have been better for all involved. I also think it would have been good PR and not too hard for them to send blast e-mail to all Mustang Club members right after our 6th win that simply said "Thanks for you continued support, when we finalize more plans about bowl tickets rest assured your support over the years will be taken into account and Mustang Club members will get priority selection in seating."
