I think he's going to enter our school of theology when his contract expires.

Probably means SMU will become National Champions in early 2012, hence, releasing the 4 horses of the apocalypse?? I jest, I think.

Its good to know God is now on our side.

Which is the 4th horse? Peruna, T.Boone's geldings, and....?

Jones said that, I think, after the ECU win - perhaps a bit in jest. (perhaps not.)

Stallion was just jesting. I don't think Coach Jones ever said that but he has indicated that the team is growing together spiritually.

No, he DID say that in response to a question about SMU finally getting a couple of replays to go our way. (I said "I think" because I'm not positive it was the ECU game.)

He mentioned something about his son's football program in the ticket interview the other day. Did not know his kid was in dallas though.

He came over with him from Hawaii and goes to Prestonwood I think.

I tend to believe the Hawaii contingent on this one, but who knows for sure.

When he got here I remember Coach Jones looking at whether he wanted his son to go to HP or Prestonwood. Finally decided on Prestonwood. PonyPride could probably eleborate on that more.

I like this statement....
"We'll start talking about winning championships now," Jones said. "We're in the dance now. The next step is to take it to the next level. I think we're probably two seasons away from really challenging to get to build it to where TCU has gotten it, Boise has gotten it. But we can get there."
