Priority is whatever donors want priorities to be

Ouch, truth hurts. Swimmers and Divers go to the back of the line. SMU requires 90% be raised, so Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving will be waiting indefinitely. Our fund raising efforts have been impressive, but not enough.

Reality is tough. Watching our legacy struggle in Perkins is tougher. Losing more Men's Teams, the toughest.

We can aspire to Top 25 in Football. It seems that is the best we can do.

My priority list for athletic facilities:

1. Indoor football practice facility
2. Natatorium designed and built in the last century
3. Westcott Field upgrade (better surface, stands, on-site facilities and concessions, and get some real lights)
4. Moody facelift

I would agree with the above except for #3. Why spend money on facilities for programs that have been trashed by sub-quality coaching? In addition, the mob boss does'nt care about soccer. Spend that money on bandhall improvements. They deserve it more until we can get some quality coaches to restore these broken programs and that doesn't look like it will happen anytime soon.

GO PONIES!!!

The next major AD upgrade will be moody. Then probably something to do with the new natatorium. I don't see an indoor field facility happening for another 5-10 years.

What's wrong with Moody? It's always been one of the best venues to watch basketball. You are right on top of the game in every seat and it just has a great feel to it. The fact that it's an old gymn is part of it's unique personality. Does EVERYTHING have to be modernized? It would probably help if Doherty would just start winning some games. Geez, isn't his leash getting a little short?

Moody is a good facility for us; we just have a bad product on the court right now
