OT: Mack Brown get $5M a year

Do not worry about people making large amounts of money. Worry more about the government telling you that you cannot make more than a certain amount of money as they are doing right now.

Mack Brown is perfect for Ut which means you don't have to coach because you can hire the best assistants in the business to do the coaching. All you have to do is always say the right thing, compliment everyone, smooze with the high school coaches, parents, kids, administrators and donors and pick which 20 or so athletes you want each year. He has the gift to make everyone feel he is sincere in what he says and that he is one of your friends. Amazing that worked from an assistant at Southern Miss all the way to UT! On the other hand, I don't think he would go anywhere if UT only paid him 2 million a year except to threaten to retire. He is the king not a coach. Nice to see a good guy finish number 1. I still don't get his philosophy of looking the other way when recruiting some guys with questionable backgrounds since he doesn't have to.
