Helmet Stickers

Its a cool symbol but kind of strange for us to be using as helmet stickers. I would guess that this has been vetted so that it can't be construed as an advertisement of Jones' foundation??????????

don't think it has anything to do with his foundation. you can search the site http://www.junejonesfoundation.org/index.htm, and the only way to get to this symbol is one of his links to http://www.warriorsrespond.com/history.htm. Warriors Respond is run by a Dr. who the JJ Foundation made a grant to.

We shouldn't get all caught up in what the symbol is if it helped motivate our team to victory.

Not that it matters but that Warriors Respond site is for a scholarship established by Jones's foundation in the name of that doctor, who is now deceased. I believe it must be run by the Jones Foundation inasmuch as you can donate to the foundation on that site.

But you are right, that is where that little symbol is used by the foundation, not on the main website. As helmet stickers go, I think it's a pretty cool looking symbol. Beats the hell out of horseshoes, which have no place on a mustang.

agreed on the cool factor. so much so that i ordered a 5"x5" sticker in red to put on the back of my truck.
