I've got a room booked. Rate is pretty reasonable. Just going to hoof it in the morning, get out there, watch us beat the Red Raiders, party hard that night and then come home blurry eyed on Sunday.

You can't beat driving Highway 84 going through Post and Slaton in early September.

loving this. the last two times out there...at Embassy and Hampton, respectively, it was me and a bunch of damn RRaiders.

Nice.

We may not fill the hotel w/ SMU types, but we can damn sure fill that bar.

And I know some of you do wait, but the rooms at the Inn fill up quick in the "Hub City..." had to use 'Diamond Privilege" both times mentioned above to get a room

What are the rates at the Overton? I'm in if I can swing it.

Great! Almost like Sheraton Waikiki but without the Ocean, the view, the Infinity pool and the half naked babes.
