That is federal income tax only. State income tax (wouldn't apply if he played for the Cowgirls though), Social Security, and Medicare put you well on the way to 50% pretty darn quickly.

He'll get the SS back, at least in theory. But hey, you've convinced me. He should blow off the NFL and get a job as a greeter at Wal-Mart so he can avoid paying so much in taxes.

I maintain that nobody knows how good McNeal is or can be. He played in a pass happy offense with a primarily pass blocking offensive line. He was not really used in pass blocking situations, especially early in the season. When he went in the game, the opposing team could be reasonably sure he was getting the ball. There was only one running play. And the guy still got 1,000 yards. I don't know if he gets drafted, but he'll definitely make a camp and I bet he makes a practice squad at least.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

That's what I was thinking.

But now that were on the subject Mcneal is the perfect guy for the NFL.
He needs it bad, with out it he is a $10.00 an hour guy.
