Really lets just shoot for a lot of SMU fans showing up by kickoff and cheering loudly, who cares what they wear.

I did not create the black horseshoe. Someone who posts regularly in this forum created them, but I cannot remember who at the moment. But I cannot take credit for them. I have tried to moderate them in the past, I will admit.

Eddie P, Jedi Ombudsman.

And you are doing a helluva fine job in my opinion.

JT-

Thanks for the kind words. Although, calling me a Jedi ombudsman is a little redundant, since all Jedi are ombudsman by nature. It's like calling me awesome fantastic. While both adjectives may be correct, one will usually suffice.

We need more bums in seats, not chums with pleats.

It is part of the game day atmosphere, and it shows who you support.

Because Cheering loudly for SMU would still leave a question about support? And you are right, our main concern should be the clothing worn by the fans who show up, instead of simply getting more fans to show up. Spoken like a true sorority girl!

You have to walk before you run. One step at a time.

Maybe the high-dollar team logo clothing that chick is advertising here on ponyfans will help.

I've always thought you're never going to SMU girls to show up to games in the same type of clothing the primitives at Tech wear, so we might as well get some SMU-logo sun dresses. Finally the niche is filled, just like the girls after the game

RED, Mestango - Is the color of your eyes.

PM me if you want to make shirts. Easy to make for 8 dollars and even less with quantity.

I will be wearing RED.

Since a majority of TCU fans will be wearing purple (like yours truly)...it seems like a white-out would be better and stand out more.

You would like that since white is your other color. For this game, if we are going to do it, red is the color it needs to be.
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Conventional wisdom is that Red outs look like empty seats on TV. That may have changed with HDTV, but I doubt it.

White out looks better.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
