Re: MONDAY practice notes
It's funny how that works Those who complain about a problem are simply wasting time they could use to fix it.
Potential is nothing, performance is everything.
Re: MONDAY practice notesI also agree with Ponyscott. At this point in our season when JJ has closed practices I see no reason to be giving any information about any of our players whether injured or not unless it is reviewed and approved by our coaching staff. I do appreciate the efforts of those trying to give the Pony Nation information but let's not give Texas Tech any advantage. Pony Up!
Re: MONDAY practice notes![]() settle down ladies... there's plenty of things pp, kate, and the paysites could report but they dont. if you think any of the information released is top secret you are crazy WEST DIVISION CHAMPS 2010

Re: MONDAY practice notesWe can read about their injuries (they already lost one defensive lineman for the year, didn't they?) If they're making their game plans based on what's coming out in these practice reports, Tuberville and his staff will be fired before Halloween.

Re: MONDAY practice notesThanks for the update.
Most excited to hear about Holyfield. If he's looking as good as reported could be a huge plus on short yardage and goal line. Wide body and nice vertical. Great kid who does everything Reinbold and Jones tells him. Could be the reason for his good play. Sucks about B. Haynes though. Hope he gets healthy. I had him as my newcomer of the year. Re: MONDAY practice notes
#1, he's supposed to be back at full speed later this week. He'll be fine. #2, Haynes is a junior with two varsity letters, so I don't think he qualifies as a newcomer. "It's a couple hundred million dollars. I'm not losing sleep over it." -- David Miller
Re: MONDAY practice notes
#1 - good to hear #2 - I know he's played. I'm saying newcomer in the sense that it would be his 1st full year starting @ wide out not having spot duty or tight-end(in on every down). Other than the touchdown against Rice in 08 and a few other appearances-he hasn't played much wide-out. I guess I should've said "Surprise of the Year" or whatever... Re: MONDAY practice notes
I heard they are working on a triple option bubble screen to Margus. Tech better be prepared to defend that!
Re: MONDAY practice notes
Not to mention the tackle elligible hook and ladder to the RB. ![]() Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!! @PonyGrad
Re: MONDAY practice notesAND the swinging gate!
Re: MONDAY practice notesand not to beat a dead horse but there's 142 games of film on JJ, I wouldnt expect too much variation from anything he's ever done. If anything they will probably look back to some old Hawaii film. Reason? the last two years the play book for both Padron and BLM was limited.

Re: MONDAY practice notesMan that's a great point. We ought to be seeing vintage Hawaii football this year.
