well, overall it's 10x better than before.

We all complained about no scores at all during the game, now we [deleted] about something else.
good grief...if you look at that thing compared to Moody dot matrix

Compared to what we had before, I'm not going to lodge one complaint against that video board at least until next year. Massive, massive improvement.

Sound system is massively improved as well.

Video board was a big improvement as was the sound. I liked the intro with the players coming down the blvd but would recommend the entire team instead of just a dozen or so players and then have the seniors and team leaders-stars walking up to the profs for the "Stronger as one" edit with their names on the back of their jerseys. Probably couldn't get everyone up so early for a shoot! Liked incorporating Dallas and SMU features like the UT intro does with Austin. We are getting better!

Did anyone notice that they NEVER showed any scores of other NCAA football games or CUSA games in progress, or other football games that were played during the day? They should have had the scores up at many times, so we could be in touch all during the game....

We got the William and Mary-VMI score. I was stunned that The Gardner Group would willingly sponsor scores for all the D-1AA schools and the score scroll was so dang slow. Also, why can they just update all the Top 25, Big 12, and CUSA scores all the time. I have that ability on my PC. Can't figure out why they can't make that happen.

The exploding football didn't bother me one bit. There was no malicious intent here.

Agreed, major overreaction by some on here. Every team has some variation of what we saw last night. The only complaint I had with the video was that the team jumped the cue when they ran out before the game.

They did scroll some. The scroll was too slow and they showed games with teams that I literally have never heard of.

Nothing wrong with the intro video at all. Lot of overreacting here.

I'll agree with the scores though. Didn't see one FBS score up there the entire time.

Scores scrolled on the crawl at the bottom.

I guess you need to be a cable news junkie to follow that.

I'll also agree. I didn't even make the 9/11 connection until I saw some of these comments.
Didn't bother me or anyone in my section. We all thought it was a pretty well done video.

shows that things are improving with personnel.

Although they did show the "questionable" Padron TD where he had crossed the line of scrimmage before passing. The UAB coach saw the replay and was running down the field trying to call a time out but luckily we had already snapped the ball. Thats 21 points that could have gone either way that game....glad we were on the good end this week.

Hope the offense starts to click next week so we will have something for TCU.......and I hope that Sterling is back by TCU!

and i highly doubt when this thing was put together months in advance the first thing that came to mind was "football flying through dallas = terrorist attack on downtown dallas"

That is a good intro video...something we should do the exact same way except with music...
