They really look terrible...missed assignments etc. Who would coach for the rest of the season? Jerry Jones himself? They obviously don't have faith in their 'coach in waiting' Jason Garret, otherwise he would have taken over by now.

If you're Jerry, why change? This season is a lost cause. If he fires Wade, Jerry still has to pay him, but give more money on whoever they promote to be the interim coach.
