The game was sold out a few weeks ago (with allotments of tickets held for each participating school), and one of the bowl officials said they are going to begin selling standing-room-only tickets Monday morning, and guessed that they might end up selling 36,000-37,000 tickets for the game.

PP, How many tickets were allocated to each school?

10,000

I wonder if this includes the tickets sold to season ticket holders in September.

The the Armed Forces Bowl gives away 7000 tickets to the military. These have been gone for at least a month already.

As long as we'd be permitted to add radar-detecting HUDs to our players' helmets to balance things out a little... ;)

Are recruits allowed to attend Bowl games?

Also, let it be known that I think this game is being overlooked a bit. And I think with our injuries this game concerns me.

Even if we were fully healthy (the principles should be ready to go by the 30th) this game should concern you. Army is a triple option team and we've lost our last 3 to Navy (another triple option team). Army is going to eat clock and limit our offensive possessions and the way our offense has been playing we could easily get down quickly to them. Though with all this time off to prepare and no travel to worry about I'm confident June and staff will have the team prepared for their best performance of the season.

I noticed that although Army doesn't really have a marque victory-they have been very competitive against some good to decent programs like WAC Co-Champ 10-3 Hawaii and 8-4 Temple. Took Rutgers to Overtime the week after Rutgers beat BCS/Big East Champ UCONN. Rutgers fell apart later in the season though. Beat Tulane pretty good in New Orleans.

Ordered 10 tickets last night, will be on the East side. There's a waiting list of 12,000 West Pointers. Buy your tickets.

Better order this week if you are going to - this will be a tough ticket and they will get snatched up if we dont sell our portion. Just got 6.
