USM got screwed on that fumble recovery. How on earth did the review guys think he was down when the ball came loose? Call that play right and USM possibly wins. Also, on the kickoff return one USM player was clearly held as he was trying to tackle the runner.

Don't disagree with Arkpony that some of the officiating could use improvement. However, one has to be mighty careful to avoid sounding like a Beloved Razorback fan.

Once again, the other night, some jakeleg Beloved Razorback fan started ragging on about that 1982 pass interference call. How the receiver even admitted that it was a big act. I got sick of it and finally told him that the technique of cutting off the receiver and slowing down was a common technique employed by the Beloved Razorbacks for years. It was so well know that we practice for it and every school and official knew Arkansas did it. Of course our receiver knew how to handle it cause we practice for the Beloved Razorbacks to pull that stunt. The guy looked absolutely crushed. I told him if the Beloved Razorbacks had any decent coaching, they would only use that technique every now and then and not on every pass play. By doing it every pass they were begging the officials to call pass interference.

He went back to sucking on his Keystone Lite and left me alone.

Listening to an Arkansas sports show the other night and they were complaining about the bad officiating that cost them the UA/A&M basketball game. One announcer said he saw an official there who was the one that called a technical foul on Eddie Sutton against SMU in 1980 that cost UA a share of the conference championship. I promise you UA has never lost a game in any sport except for the bad officials.

regarding flying into USM..fly into Gulfport on Friday, stay at the Beau Rivage, drive 65 miles to Hattiesburg on Saturday.
I will not make age an issue in this campaign. I'm not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience.

For those who are conspiracy minded, the fix was in for Louisville. I suspect the video judge for some reason did not get the feed that showed the ball down and his knees up. ESPN cannot allow an upset of any BCS team if the outcome can be changed.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

On the field. But the call comes from the press box. Is that the Sun Belt also or are they a separate entity of officials?

He was also Sun Belt. UNT paid him off because we kept them out of CUSA.

The press box is probably the "highest" position of authority that Sun Belt folks have ever achieved.
