It must be banned. The author's careful calculation of using the recruiting angle to kind of make it SMU related is just ridiculous and unacceptable. Please leave all future non-SMU college football related stories to the respective sports web sites.
Thanks, sweetcakes!
I agree all BIG TELEVEN postings should be banned as well as the poster for at least a week!

That conference does not exist.
But the conference that pooped in its pants on New Year's Day does. And the pooping should continue tonight against Arkansas.
My kingdom for a controversial official's call that goes against Arkansas and sets up Ohio State's win.
It's been awhile since the Natural State has been in total chaos over football.

Alert the National Guard - wouldn't want any of that spilling over the border.

mitch mcConnell never calls me sweetcakes...
the General might have, way back when.
Michigan will have to face a rapidly changing buyers-market for coaches...some don't look at the Big House as the end all of programs as it was in Bo's day. I will be interested in seeing what direction the AD goes in this search, and how difficult it will be in rebuilding in what appears to be an overall weak BCS conference (per bowl game results).

Simmadon now, Senator - do you even know how to conduct a properly validated litmus test? And just who you callin' sweetcakes, foureyes? You've been trying to get stuff banned all over the place these last few days - you trying to push some political agenda or something? I'm shocked, shocked at the blatant attempt to draw attention away from that which is currently entertaining many of us during this bleak time of the year, when football is over, and basketball is barely relevant. Now, I suppose you're going to say this comment should be banned because I mentioned basketball in a football thread. For shame, Senator, for shame. (wink, wink, nudge, nudge)

point of order, you forgot the implication of the U of M's coaching situation on one of our recruits that is torn between our two schools.

As of Tuesday night, his status as coach is still unresolved, according to ESPN.

Doesn't all the uncertainty up there ultimately work in our favor?

They are probably in a quandry because they know they won't get Harbaugh and don't know who else will make the power alums happy.

as of 11:49 EST, it's official
Michigan fired coach Rich Rodriguez on Wednesday, ending a disappointing three-year tenured marred by too many losses and NCAA violations at college football's winningest program.
"smupony94: Harry, you have been promoted to purveyor of official status capabilities."
