All I can say is, "Hail to the Red and the Blue". I am grateful that purple does not appear anywhere in our color scheme.

Red and Blue makes purple. Once again, secondary colors for seconday schools.

Speak for yourself about Fort Worth. I moved over to Tarrant County right after I graduated and never thought twice about coming back toward Dallas. I love Fort Worth. I would live in Fort Worth over Dallas any day of the week. At least Fort Worth knows how to embrace its hometown school. Dallas couldn't get unified on how to build a birdhouse if it was given directions.

And I'm pretty numb when being around TCU. Campus brick choice has been and always be ridiculous but I am impressed with all of the new buildings in that quad near the south side of the campus across from Daniel-Meyer (when TCU blew up Amon Carter, someone should have mistakingly put some sticks in that place too)

I have no comment on those godforsaken uniforms.

Ft. worth is dog poop...no offense to those that live there....not saying dallas is the best thing going, but I was out at TCU 4-5 months ago and not impressed...

Dallas of late has been doing a lot of good things ( cowboys leaving was a mistake), but the arts district, rebuilding downtown....It has come a long way in 10 years...

Dallas is in a very good place now with the current economy, low taxes, affordable housing, I'm bullish on Dallas, seller of Ft. worth...

actually those rings are ugly. Someone wears that thing? that is just goofy looking. Very Ft worth inferiority complex. Wearer is trying to make up for who knows what.

Now I'd take for sure trade for the Rose Bowl win and the record over the last few yrs. Nobody is saying we are better (yet) but winning comes and goes - but that awful color is with y'all forever.

It really isn't a very good looking ring...

The rings from the Hawaii bowl look much nicer...but I don't expect anything different from anyone over in TCU land...Prob the same guy who had input on the new Unis...

I prefer the uniforms from last year better, but these really aren't that different. I like the look of an all white road uniform. The annoying thing for me on these uniforms is that Nike is desperate to close the gap on compression style under-wear that Under Armor has over them. If you look at the uniforms, the colored piping on each uniform is just a billboard for Underwear sales. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of what Nike has done with TCU. Here's my favorite look. The frog-skin pants are awesome!:
