That's kind of my point. So a whorn fan living in Dallas would rather pay extra property or sales tax than lose a recruit to SMU?
And the average citizen of Dallas who does not care about SMU or UT or Football for that matter is happy with the fact that the city is broke because of a limited tax base?
Hell...I'm not a Cowboys fan at all but am still upset that Cowboys Stadium is in Arlington instead of Fair Park. (sorry Ponyfans living in Arlington)
As far as I'm concerned this is the city's one and only chance at a do-over for that debacle
