Because a battering ram is not a bad thing to have when zach is in there 95% of the time blocking or running.
What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.

I have no idea why or when you would use a huge RB like this, but it would be really cool to watch.

Sitiuational blocking back who can easily handle big D linemen and backers. Would save Line some physical beating and keep him fresher.

I'm guessing, if he plays, he will be running with the ball, as well as blocking. that's how JJ used Reagan Mauia at Hawaii, who he compared him to. we'll see.
