I seriously doubt that ANY Texas schools will be added to a reworked B12 Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

Re: BE StatementI'm starting to think we get left in the lurch. CUSA/Sun Belt combination.
Back off Warchild seriously.

No such commitment occurred: http://content.usatoday.com/communities ... lignment/1
Re: BE Statement
Sounds eerily similar to what the remaining Big 12 schools said last year.....
Re: BE StatementDon't discount the Big12 taking wvu or UL from be and there being an additional spot to fill in be.
BE made some statement to the effect that they want to attract schools that are strong in fb and bb. I am not sure how army and navy would fit into that plan, although afa would. It looks like the be will raid cusa, with a good chance of cusa and mac combining after that. PONY UP!
Re: BE StatementUcf and ecu seem like pretty obvious choices for BE
Re: BE StatementThe Big East is toast as soon as the ACC and SEC finalize their rosters. That means there will be some good schools left (WVU, Louisville, Cincinnati, USF) and I see several (except TCU) going to the Big XII. TCU is the one who really has to think this one through. Who would want to join the BE at this stage? I am not sure that SMU or Houston would even want to go there at this point. I think all eyes are still on Texas and OU. What will they do? They want a divorce, I suspect. One possibility that would make everybody happy is for UT to head to the ACC all by itself with ND. The Big East would not have a raid from the ACC any further. The SEC would not raid the ACC and would probably stand pat at 14. That way, OU, would rule the roost with the Big XII. They could back fill their three defections and go back to 12 (SMU, TCU, Houston, BYU, and perhaps Louisville or Boise). TT and Baylor would still be in an autobid conference. Life would be good. Better than a soap opera.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
Re: BE Statement
We can always go independent!
Re: BE StatementI agree. I still say independent should be considered.
Back off Warchild seriously.
Re: BE Statement
Pray that BYU doesn't get eaten up by the Big XII then. That's what I'm hearing out of my Horn friends.
